Terms and Conditions

Order Policy:

*All orders must be placed no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled event. A 35% deposit is due at the time of your order. (Select payment from the menu bar) The balance is due in full at the time of delivery or pick up. 

Once your deposit is received you will receive an email confirming receipt of the deposit and the details of your order. Note, your order is not is not a confirmed booking until your deposit is received.

Cancellation:

*The full amount of the deposit will be refunded on all orders cancelled with more than 14 days prior to scheduled event, . 50% of the deposit will be refunded on all orders cancelled at least 7 days  prior to the scheduled event. No refund  of deposit will be given on orders cancelled with less than 7 days notice prior to scheduled event. 

The above policy applies to orders placed within 14 days prior to the scheduled event, if you receive a confirmation of your order BEFORE you cancel.  Otherwise the full amount of your deposit will be refunded. 

Delivery/Pick -up:

orders can be picked up directly. Please indicate name of individual who will pick up item. Make sure they bring photo ID. Free delivery within 10 mile radius of the City of Orange. $10.00 delivery beyond 10 miles.  **Delivery available only in the County of Orange.**

*Wedding Cakes

All orders for a wedding cake must be placed no later than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled event.. A 35% deposit is due at the time of your order. A second payment of 40% is due 4 weeks prior to the event. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding date..

50% of the deposit will be refunded if the order is cancelled with at least 6 weeks notice prior to the wedding. 35% of the deposit will be refunded if  cancelled  4 weeks before the wedding. No refund  of the deposit OR the second payment of  40% will be given if the order is cancelled 2 weeks  or less prior to the wedding. and the remaining 25% payment will not be due. 

Licensing:

Licensed in Orange County PR#0121038, to operate and sell within the state of California. All items are made and/or re-packaged in a home kitchen.
